During the morning of Wednesday 18th March the whole school had a visit from Daya. Daya talked to the children about Hinduism and her life. Throughout the morning the children dressed in traditional Indian clothes which were very colourful, learnt to write their names in the Indian language and designed Rangoli patterns. They also learnt a Bangra dance and Indian ballet as well as making chapattis and tasting a potato curry and parshad. Everyone enjoyed an excellent morning.
