On Tuesday 25th June the children were visited by Julian from the Burton Art Gallery in Bideford. The Burton have asked the children, along with other primary schools in the area, to take part in their newest project ‘Dazzle’. Dazzle is a style of camouflage used in World War 1 & 2 on ships. At the Burton they are planning to paint the planters and seating outside in this style. On Friday 28th June the children designed their own patterns which were delivered to the Gallery. Over the next few weeks the designs will be displayed in the Gallery with the best ones on the planters outside the building.
